All orders are created after order submission. Order processing may take 7 to 10 business days. If you need your order sooner please contact us at info@creationsbyenc.com to confirm we are able to accommodate your request. 

Order confirmations are emailed upon completion of order submission. Tracking information will be provided once the order is complete.

ENC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Please contact your mail carrier if the event of an issue.
